gtc99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The rules for using these bonuses are described below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, not the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once; attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.
• A bonus may not be combined with other bonuses — specific terms apply to each offer.
• gtc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A valid, verified identity must be on file to receive a bonus.
• If abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

11.1 Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by gtc99

gtc99 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected
• In response to a responsible gaming request
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be returned; however, in cases of terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.
